bajy Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bajy, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the bajy platform, you enter into a binding agreement with bajy and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the bajy platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the bajy Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotional terms that apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document shall take precedence for the relevant offer.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a bajy account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bajy strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held subject to review.
2. You must be accessing bajy from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the bajy platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bajy accepts no liability for unlawful use of the platform.
3. You must register using accurate, complete and current personal information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person or provide misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point while your account is active.
4. You must not hold more than one account on the bajy platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active bajy account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password chosen by the player. bajy reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajy login credentials. bajy will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other channel. You must notify bajy immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bajy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

KYC Verification

bajy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by bajy's compliance team. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. bajy may also require verification of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bajy supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bajy wallet upon successful confirmation of the transfer by the relevant payment provider. bajy does not charge fees on deposits made via any supported payment method; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees, for which bajy accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to bKash or Nagad within 15 minutes at any hour. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank or City Bank are processed within four hours. bajy reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where active wagering requirements apply to bonus funds, those requirements must be completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

Declined Withdrawals

bajy reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where the account is under KYC review, where suspicious activity has been flagged, where an active bonus carries incomplete wagering requirements, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after any pending bet settlements. In such cases bajy will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bajy offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific promotional terms published alongside individual offers:

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms for that offer.
2. Bonuses are awarded to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
3. bajy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will not affect the wagering requirement of a bonus already credited to a player's account.
4. bajy may at its sole discretion decline to offer or award a bonus to any player. bajy may also require that a player meets a minimum deposit threshold before a welcome bonus or other promotional credit is applied.
5. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, matched betting strategies, or exploiting errors in promotional terms — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account permanently suspended. bajy's determination of bonus abuse is final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bajy are final once confirmed. bajy reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error or data feed error. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet. bajy will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player acting on incorrect odds or market data that was the result of a technical error.

bajy's sports betting markets are provided by third-party data suppliers. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bajy will refer to the official result published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, or the ICC for international cricket. bajy's determination of the relevant official result is final and binding.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on bajy use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by bajy. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage applicable to each game is set by the relevant game provider and is published by that provider. bajy does not modify game mechanics, payout percentages or any other parameter governing game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where appropriate:

1. Registering or operating more than one bajy account, or registering under a false or borrowed identity.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent bajy's security or platform logic.
3. Using the bajy platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws or international financial regulations.
4. Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or any other platform malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and will be reversed.
5. Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring your bajy account credentials to any third party, or allowing any third party to access or operate your bajy account.

8. Responsible Gaming

bajy is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from your account settings after login. bajy is for adults aged 21 and above only. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool or to contact bajy support at [email protected] for guidance.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bajy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. In addition to the prohibited conduct scenarios described in Section 7, bajy may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

1. Where a player requests self-exclusion under the bajy responsible gaming policy, the account will be immediately suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the player.
2. Where bajy receives a credible report or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used for unlawful purposes, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms unlawful use, the account will be permanently closed and relevant authorities notified.
3. A player may close their own bajy account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bajy platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption or any other financial loss. bajy does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or that all games and markets will be available at all times.

bajy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure of your internet connection, device malfunction, power outage, or any other technical issue outside bajy's reasonable control that affects your ability to access or use the platform. bajy strongly recommends that players do not place bets during periods of known network instability.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajy platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text and data — is the proprietary property of bajy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any bajy content without the prior written consent of bajy. Accessing bajy does not grant you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to bajy or its providers.

12. Privacy

bajy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to bajy processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to Terms

bajy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bajy will notify registered account holders via their registered mobile number or email address at least seven days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the bajy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page and is identified by the version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bajy holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and bajy in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the bajy platform shall first be referred to bajy's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being referred to bajy's support team, bajy reserves the right to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the applicable jurisdiction. bajy's decisions on matters of platform operation, game outcome integrity, bonus interpretation and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
